SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days
Shipments will continue to process and deliver on most weekends and holidays. High order volumes may cause some delays in shipping. We will try our best to expedite all orders as fast as we can.

Shipping Times:

​Shipping times will vary depending on the location of the destination address. Most orders will be delivered in less than 5 business days.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation and a tracking number after your order has been processed and shipped by our fulfillment team.

Customs, duties, and taxes:

Kenkou is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Kenkou is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during the shipment process. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@livekenkou.com to file a claim and we would be happy to help. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently only offer domestic shipping in the United States.
